services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If
you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Diagno 1
(the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Services Provided
Diagno 1 provides an online platform to book pathology and diagnostic lab tests. We
facilitate the collection of samples (via Home Collection or Walk-in) and the delivery of
reports.
- Service Area: We primarily serve the Delhi NCR region.
- Partner Labs: We may partner with accredited laboratories (such as Max Lab) to
process samples.
3. Booking and Appointments
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name,
Age, Gender, Address, Contact details) during the booking process.
- Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen
circumstances, such as the unavailability of phlebotomists or logistical issues. We will
notify you at the earliest opportunity.
- Right to Refuse: Diagno 1 reserves the right to refuse service to any user for any
reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior towards staff or providing false
information.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices for tests are
subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and online payments. Payment must be
cleared either at the time of booking or at the time of sample collection.
5. Sample Collection and Reports
- Home Collection: Our phlebotomists will attempt to reach your provided address at
the scheduled time. However, traffic or weather conditions may cause slight delays.
- Report Delivery: Reports will be delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp to the
contact details provided. Physical reports can be collected from our center if
requested.
- Turnaround Time: While we strive to deliver reports within the estimated time,
delays may occur due to technical reasons or re-testing requirements. Diagno 1 is
not liable for such delays.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by User: You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the
scheduled collection time for a full refund (if prepaid).
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot may attract a
cancellation fee.
- Refund Processing: Valid refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the
original mode of payment.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Diagno 1 is a facilitator for diagnostic testing. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment.
- Consult a Doctor: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health
provider regarding medical conditions and the interpretation of your lab reports.
- Emergency: Do not use our service for medical emergencies. In case of an
emergency, call an ambulance or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diagno 1 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the
service.
- Errors in reports generated by third-party partner laboratories, though we assist in
resolving such disputes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
